Work areas consist of services to the development and the private sectors with a special focus on forestry and agricultural products, including production, manufacturing and retail corporate sectors. Another focus is the development of services and compliance activities of international sourcing enterprises to (small scale) sub-contractors in developing countries

Project Management
Carrying out all stages of project management including preparation, planning, implementation and evaluation relating to the social, economic and ethical development perspectives

Research
Conducting specific research projects as required, primarily in Africa, Asia or Europe particularly for marketing, markets, socio-economic studies, community and enterprise development.

Corporate Responsibility and Compliance
• Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainable development within the private sector, including analysis of the supply chain and environmental and social risk procurement assessments.
• Research on sustainability issues surrounding mergers and acquisitions
• Strategy development, evaluation and analysis from community and small enterprise development level through to transnational corporations.
• Assistance in sustainability reporting following GRI guidelines

Participatory Approach
We use a range of methodologies but will often utilise participatory approaches such as stakeholder analysis and partnership development.
